As the Leaf village enjoyed it's moment of piece, Teuchi's final order from Itachi was taking effect in his mind. Itachi had planned ahead in case he wasn't able to kill Madara. When his life ended, the order that was hidden in the back of Teuchi's mind sprang forward and took control. Itachi didn't want any part of his body being found by the Akatsuki or used by the elders of the Leaf village. He made sure to tell Jiraiya that his eyes needed to be implanted in a Sharingan user if they were to be able to take on Madara. He had made sure to make it sound urgent for this specific purpose. By this time Itachi had expected his eyes to have been removed and given to Sasuke since he was the only other full blooded Sharingan user left besides Madara himself. Kakashi might work in a pinch, but his single Sharingan wouldn't be as effective against Madara as Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyo would be.

Unfortunately, Itachi's eyes were still resting in his head, the operation to remove them and implant them in Sasuke still only an idea in Jiraiya's head. He never suspected Itachi of trying to have his own body destroyed so quickly. Teuchi turned to his daughter and said, "Ayame, I'm going to deliver some ramen to the ANBU at the hospital. Can you handle things here for awhile?"

"Of course!" Ayame said, smiling at her father.

Teuchi stockpiled as many lunch boxes as he could, heading for the hospital. Itachi had been very specific in his instructions. He knew that his body was going to be put under high surveillance until it was decided what to do with it. Teuchi was to use the ramen as a distraction. As soon as the lunch boxes were opened smoke bombs would go off casting the entire area into a smoke filled haze. At that time Teuchi was meant to plant incendiary bombs on Itachi's corpse, burning it until it was nothing but ash. It would only take a few seconds to accomplish the entire mission and Itachi's last secrets would be safe from everyone.

As Teuchi made his way to the hospital, Tsunade was talking with the elders about Itachi's last words. She had been trying for hours to wheedle the information out of them but they were steadfast.

"Why would Itachi say something like that at the end of his life? What could he have to hide? Is it true what he said?" Tsunade asked.

She had asked question after question in this vein but the answers had all been the same. Itachi was a known criminal trying to hide his crimes of the past by making something up on his death bed so he wouldn't be remembered as a criminal. He was trying to stall for time to use some last ditch attack to kill the surrounding Leaf ninja. On and on the back and forth went neither party giving any ground and the discussions getting absolutely nowhere.

Meanwhile, Teuchi was arriving at the morgue of the hospital, his trap prepared.
