Sasuke was breathing deep as he sat in the elders' chambers. The three elders both feared what he might decide but also felt confident that such a young innocent boy couldn't think of a punishment for them.

"I can not kill them, correct?" Sasuke asked, for the fifth time. Jiraiya looked back from the doors where he was standing guard.

"Again no," Tsunade replied.

"Then I want them stripped of their position in this village. All of them are to be followed by your personal ANBU until they die. And, if possible, I want their spines broken, so they can never walk again," Sasuke said.

"Is that all?" Tsunade asked.

"No, I want them to feel the pain of seeing all your loved ones die and be killed by someone you respect," Sasuke said, his anger returning. "But that would make me no better than this scum. I want them to see not all Uchiha follow that curse. My brother was one of them. And I will be another." Sasuke then stood. "Is the first part acceptable?"

"Yes, I will see to it," Tsunade said.

"Tsunade, you can not be serious?!" Koharu asked. "We have always done what was best for the village."

"What is best and what is right do not always match up," Jiraiya said, "What you did was against the ideals of the First Hokage, your teacher."

"Actually, this punishment is very wise. Your lives will be over. You will never be able to go back," Tsunade said, "If you want, you can always kill yourselves." Tsunade looked at Jiraiya who clapped his hand and a four man team of ANBU appeared.
