Naruto suddenly stopped what he was doing and leaned down close to Sakura and told her that he was training so much so that she would like him finally.

"Oh Naruto...I...never knew,"said Sakura.

He stood up and wondered if he would grow more muscle if he tried lifting things that were heavy. He looked at a nearby tree that had been uprooted by the fight againist (the now smaller) Rock Lee. He picked up the tree and began to lift it up several times. He felt his muscles become very very sweaty from the heavy tree, unfortunately for them it was getting late so he set the poor tree down and told Sakura it was time to go to sleep.

Naruto somehow got back into his much smaller house (to him) and decided to just sleep in his jumpsuit overnight.

He fell asleep wondering how much he would grow.
