So now it has come to be that three giants are growing.
Smallest - for the moment - is the tiny Kiba who's slowly but surely picking up size. However at the moment he's still less than microscopic to Naruto, and even smaller to Sasuke.
Then we have Naruto, he's gigantic, and at the moment he's a couple of times larger than the planet Earth. That's great, however he has to contend with Sasuke.
Now we come to the last but certainly not the least, the greatest giant of all, he's so gigantic that he can't be called a giant any more, the word doesn't do him justice. This massive god of titanic proportions, nothing can compare to him. He's expanding rapidly, far more rapidly than Naruto was which means the tiny ninja is less than a grain of sand to him. Naruto is smaller than that, verging on microscopic. This is trouble for planet Earth which also happens to be resting on the sole of Sasuke's big toe, buried deep inside the valleys of his toe-print.
Sasuke is at a size where the sun of our solar system is being dwarfed, a tiny pea sized thing.

Sasuke was currently content floating, as he slowly expanded. Naruto was gone, he was beaten. Nothing more than a speck on his toe. Unknown to Naruto, he could actually be seen. Relaxing as he was, Sasuke was using his monumental chakra (when you can fit the sun under your fingernail, your chakra would be monumental too) to watch the tiny Naruto as he struggled on the toe. It was relaxing to Sasuke to watch the tiny ninja up close, struggling like the ant he really was.
The sun had been interesting for a moment, but as he surpassed it in size Sasuke grew bored of it. So what? It's a glowing sphere of hot gasses. So as he relaxed he brought his feet together. Using his big toe, Sasuke completely flattened the star against the sole of his other foot. Insignificant against the teens feet.

Meanwhile Kiba was busy. Struggling on Naruto was difficult, but already he was seeing differences. Obviously the growth was faster than Naruto's, which seems to have slowed to a crawl. Logically if it kept up Naruto would be dwarfed once again.
The massive expansive space he was in was becoming more defined. Soon what was a great continent turned into a great country, and with that Kiba was making headway. To Naruto, Kiba had only moved a thousands of a millimetre or so on the tip of his toe, but to Kiba he was already thousands of miles away from the village.
Perspective certainly plays a part in everything.
