“Did you want me to buy you a drink just to say sorry?” asked the Man.
“I’d like that,” replied Kitty.
She then stood up and gave him his ball back. She expected him to go a little crazy and maybe run away. But he just looked up at her as if nothing was out of place. This seemed to make Kitty a little happy.
The Talking Toaster could see where this was going so he decided to turn himself off for a moment. He didn’t see Kitty walking over to the bar with the man. She had to be careful with how fasts he walked. Each step was much bigger then his since her legs were over four and a half feet long.
When they reached the bar they sat on a stool and Kitty began to look at the drinks that they had. She was struggling to decide which one she wanted. She couldn’t decide on which to drink.
“What would you like?” asked the Man.
“I think I’ll have a coconut deluxe,” replied Kitty.
“Ok then.”
He then ordered the drinks and Kitty just sat there. She seemed to be a little happier now then she was before.
