Despite your anger, you know that the nurse is only trying to do what is best for you. They could have warned you that the sterilization process would remove your body hair, but you still would have been forced to undergo the sterilization process anyway so it wouldn't have changed anything.

You glower at her in outrage for a few moments until your anger subsides, then you compliantly bare your buttocks for her.

"Good." The nurse smiles as she swabs a spot on your right butt cheek with medical alcohol and then jabs the hypodermic needle into that spot.

You grit your teeth from the minor pain as the nurse presses down on the needle's plunger, emptying the liquid into you.

"All done." The nurse says as she removes the needle.

"So what will that injection do anyway?" You ask.

"We don't have a cure yet for the disease that has infected you, but that injection will slow down its progress through your body." The nurse explains.
