Late night feeds are good - always eat just before you go to sleep. Beer is an excellent weight-gain tool - relaxes you, relaxes your stomach, contains lots of calories. Eat a LOT! Grab a good big breakfast, stuff down a heavy lunch, eat lots of supper, eat at bedtime, and snack in between. I grab a snack between all of my classes - even if it's only a granola bar.
