Jason works carefully for this plan. Evan is a big fan of coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. He's careful to avoid soda for his figure, of course. One day, when he's out, Jason switches out his drinks for decaf. When he complains of being tired Jason pulls him to the side and ask if he also has a headache. He says yes, not realizing it's because of caffeine withdrawal. Jason tells him it's probably mono. He says he should go get checked out but Jason tells him no. Word will spread around campus and who would want to get with him then? Jason tell him about how he can get prescription drugs without a doctor, and offers to get him mono pills without anybody knowing. He gladly accepts.

Jason decides not just to continue with the weight gain pills, but to add a mild sedative to Jason's drug cocktail. Not only that, he manages to find two that won't interact with alcohol.

With fear of mono, and symptoms replicated by the drugs, Jason begins to change fast. The time he spent romancing is now spent on the couch. And the time he spent at the gym is now spent at the cafeteria. Much too tired to run miles like he used to, Evan hangs out with Jason and the frat a lot more. And hanging out with this frat means eating.
