"Maybe 300 pounds..." Jason replied sheepishly - he thought this answer would be far more than Travis had expected.

"300?" Travis repeated. "Wow, you're going for the gold aren't you?" Travis said jokingly.

"Well I've given it some thought, and I truly want to get to 300. I want to get that big," Jason said.

"That is a good number, and I'm happy you're coming clean with it all," Travis commented, grinning. "It's not all that big, though maybe it seems so to you," Travis added.

"Not all that big?" Jason queried.

"No, it's not - I topped 300 some time ago," Travis replied, patting his well-rounded midriff. "It's a good place to start though, get this thing up to a good size," he added, giving Jason a friendly punch to the gut.

Jason stepped back. "Hey watch it, that's where all the work goes on."

"I'm just toughening you up," Travis said, smiling.

"Toughing me up?" Jason asked, giving a rough smile. "Toughening me for what?"
