What Travis is not telling Jason is that he and Bill T are both feeders who like to fatten up guys in the Frats. Travis and Bill T both like to dose the guys they're fattening up with an "appetite supplement" that was originally designed to counteract anorexia. It's potent - in the doses they use, it makes their 'prey' - the guys they're feeding and fattening - unable to resist food, and causes them to eat like madmen.

Travis thinks to himself, "Sure, Jason, 300 pounds, that'll be just the beginning."

But, Travis does not know that Jason already knows about the appetite supplement. Jason and Bill T have hooked up to fatten four guys in Jason's Frat as revenge for them trying to force feed Jason on Fridays. Travis starts to surreptitiously dose Jason with the appetite supplement as well as forcefeeding him. In the meantime, BillT is dosing Lester and Bill the football player with the appetite supplement, and Jason is dosing Tyler and Evan.

Jason is so busy watching the others gain weight that he doesn't really pay attention to his own growing hunger. Every Saturday and Sunday, Travis shows up and force feeds Jason until he's almost bursting - stretching his stomach and increasing his food capacity. Unlike his targets, though, Jason is a willing participant - and after two weeks of 'sessions' with Travis, Jason is hooked on food and feeding.
