The dial of the scale wobbled around for a bit, as Lucy anxiously awaited it to tell her what she desperately wanted to know: her weight. It stopped, and Lucy began to rejoice...
 
...until she realized that she had GAINED a whole ten pounds, not lost them. She stepped off the scale, hands on her enormously large stomach, and sighed. "I don't understand why that happened.." She muttered, rubbing her rotund belly. "He said it would make me lose weight..."
