The lovely captain of Squad 4, Retsu Unohana, was hard at work filling out her paperwork. While it wasn't eventful, the quiet did allow the captain to relax a bit from all the stress the Winter War has caused. As Retsu took a sip from her tea, she heard a hissing noise. She didn't pay too much attention to it until she started to feel extreme woozy. She then realized that the room was filling up with Knockout gas. She tried to escape but passed out.

When Retsu woke up, she found herself in an alarming predicament. She was tied to her bed, spread-eagle, completely stripped of all her clothing, leaving her butt naked. Even her giant braid had been undone. She then turned her head towards her dresser and saw various items on it. Feathers, brushes, and various other knick-nacks. The oddest one of them all is a bottle of milk. Unohana couldn't help but wonder what was going on.
