Naruto just woke up and was eating breakfast before heading out into the village.

He decided to go and visit sakura to see what she was doing. On the way there, he saw Tsunade doing some weird justu in a clearing just off the path through the trees.
He approached her and yelled "Hey ol' lady! whatcha doin'?"

Tsunade looked up, startled and lost concentration. She saw naruto then realized her jutsu had gotten messed up. The clearing was filled with the bright light and naruto fell backwards in surprise. He hit his head on a rock and fell unconscious.

When Naruto woke up he looked around, good he thought, i'm still in the clearing.
then he looked around for Tsunade, but he couldn't find her. Naruot started to panic.
