The couple decided it'd be best to go back to Chiharu's home at the time. After all, clothes shopping for a girl of Chiharu's size can really strain one's spending! As Densuke and Chiharu were midway through hanging up Chiharu's new plus-sized clothing, Chiharu's tummy began to growl again... (Oh god, he must think I'm a total pig to be hungry this many times in one day...!) Chiharu thought to herself, blushing. Densuke grinned naively and replied, "don't worry, I was feeling a bit hungry myself. I'll go fix us something to eat." He then walked out the bedroom door whistling merrily.

By the time Chiharu was done hanging all her new clothes, she caught a whiff of a wonderfully enchanting aroma flooding into the room. She moaned in delight as she immediately ran to the source of the enticing scent. Upon entering the kitchen, she froze with ecstacy. The entire dining table was adorned with enough fattening and delicious sweets to feed a family reunion! Densuke, while lining a pie crust, turned at the sound of fast-paced footsteps. "I wasn't sure how much you wanted, but we could always refridgerate whatever you don't want, right?" he said, pulling up a chair for Chiharu. After snapping back into reality, Chiharu replied, "Densuke, I didn't know you could cook!"
"Well," he responded, "Komoe is pretty good at cooking, so I figured she wouldn't miss a cookbook or two..."
