You look around you and see two obvious immediate escape routes. There’s a back alley that leads to a maze of alleyways through a kind of slum like area of town. The downside is that it goes through some pretty shady areas, the upside is that Jackie wouldn’t be able to find you even if she tried to follow you.
Or there’s a park across the street. It’s a pretty big area that usually has a lot of people in it, even now that the sun is going down. You should be able to escape there as well.
