(ID #499612) an addition by: Past Member 'tobedumped' More by this author It takes some persuading to get her out on such short notice and so late at night, but due to your charm (or due to the promise of free drinks) you manage to met you for drinks at a nice place just down the road. It’s a nice place for a first date, plus it’s always crowded so there’s no chance that Jackie’s going to find you. With your plans set, you slip away down the street and away from an unknowing Jackie. Crisis averted, now to get a nice date out of the deal.
While you’d normally wait to meet Ashley outside on a date, you don’t want to stay out in the open for too long, so you go inside and wait at a table for two, ordering yourself a drink. It’s something alcoholic that looks classy. You’re not even sure what’s in it but it’s not bad. After about ten minutes of waiting you spot Ashley coming in through the front door and wave her back towards you.
You can tell that she tried to clean herself up a little bit in the limited time she had to prepare for the date, and that flatters you a little bit. Her hair, brown with hints of red from when she had dyed it a few weeks ago, is pulled back in a rushed move to make herself look more presentable (not that she needs it, you think she’s pretty cute to begin). Her attire hasn’t changed from her usual: she’s wearing a loose fitting grey shirt over the top of a while tank top styled shirt and a pair of jeans with a playful flare at the foot. There’s something about this girl that you’ve found enchanting for weeks now. Her personality meshes so well with yours and her looks are appealing to you. Even now as you notice imperfections, like how wearing her hair back exposes a little bit of acne on her forehead, you still find yourself enamored with her.
“Hey,” you say as you get up to giver her a hug. “Glad you could make it. Can I get you a drink?”
“Yeah,” she says, breaking the hug and sitting down, legs crossed, “I’ll just have whatever you’re having.”
You order her a drink, look across the table and flash her a smile that is quickly returned as you begin to make conversation. Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
