After waiting the baby's gurgling stomach for a while you hear rampant giggles and a few sad voices. The door to the Nursery opens and you hear Brenna's voice, "Okay class this here is patty, she is less than a year old and just ate her first full grown man. As you can see she isn't in pain and is quite content to make this boy, formerly known as Brian, into a Turd. Are there any questions so far?"

You hear a scared little boy speak up, while some girls around him giggled, "How did Brian end up in there?" Apparently the boy was afraid he would eventually receive the same fate.

Brenna approached the boy and smiled, "Well Billy first some girls forcefully took off his clothes." She said motioning to the girls around her. Soon Billy was as naked as the day he was born. Brena continued ordering the girls, "Next he got real close to one of the babies" The girls shoved Billy into a crib where a small girl was waiting for him. Brenn gave her final command, "Finally he put a single finger into the baby's mouth and well, you can see the rest." The girls shoved Billy's hand into the girls mouth and soon all you could hear were loud slurps and hilarious giggles.

Brenna Calmed the class down, "Okay, settle down, anymore questions?" The remaining boys were silent, but the girls tried to make them speak up. Brenna continued "as you can see little Patty is much larger than Jenny over there, but it will still take them both about three hours to digest their meals. It should take another hour for Billy and Brian to travel through to their cute little bums. That means right before pick up time Brian and Billy should both be cute stinky little baby turds. Also, Since this is Patty's first big meal she might digest Brian faster to get all of his nutrients. Patty wasn't able to eat her daddy like jenny because Beth already did."

You sit in the stomach thinking of how that little girl betrayed you, but you can't do anything now, besides you wanted to be a baby turd anyway. Soon the lack of oxygen is too much and you end up passing out during Brenna's very informative lecture.
