The woman then went to walk away but Lucky quickly went to her and began to lick her hand. She couldn’t help but squat down and give him a little stroke. This made her feel happier inside.
“Oh I’ll miss you too,” said the Woman.
“Well he can go and visit you,” replied Jenny. “As long as he’s a good boy.” She saw lucky get excited.
“That’ll be nice.”
“And I think Lucky will like it too.”
“Coo,” replied Lucky.
“Yes you would.”
The woman stroked Lucky one more time before she finally walked away. Lucky went back to Jenny and she picked him up and gave him a little kiss. She was very happy to have him back.
“Now I think you could do with a bath,” said Jenny.
“Coo,” replied Lucky. This time he sounded like he was in distress.
“Now Lucky you have to have a bath. You’ll be clean and you’ll make Mommy very happy.” She smiled at him a little.
