"Go away, Cara!" You yell. But unsurprisingly, you make more of an animal noise than anything. It was a mixture a sqawk, and a growl.
"What was that? What are you doing?" Your sister bangs on the door again. Oh no, she's going to open the door, you think. What do I do?
You scramble to the door by reflex, hitting the floorboards hard. A loud thump every step you take. When you get to the door you put your weight against it, which is about a ton now, just as your sister opens the dorr an inch.
You hear a loud bang as the door shuts again, and your sister yells. "Your so annoying! Just be quiet! Its only 6 am." She yawns and heads back to her room. You listen to her soft footsteps as they go down the hall.
You finally relize that your in trouble. You can't be a Gryphon. You'll be sent to a lab. They're supposed to be mythical creatures. People wouldn't believe they're eyes. Even if you got out of the lab they would send you to, you would either be sent back or put on display. People, thousands of people paying money to see you.How did this even happen?
