With each passing day, the Queens Blade Tournament drew closer and closer, driving each of its future competitors harder and harder in their journey to reach the Queen’s Capital and come out victorious, or driving a certain angel to even greater lengths to just make one match actually official. Of course, along such a great journey everyone can and will get sidetracked, but the worst example has got to be Cattleya.

By now, it seemed like the mother of one had all but forgotten her mission to win the tournament and become queen just so she can find her husband, but out of the two of them, only Rana seemed to be aware of this. Sure, the kid didn’t really know his father so he wasn’t losing any sleep over that matter, but his mommy was changing more and more every day, and it was starting to freak him out a little.
