"What a waste" grunt Vajramon as he slowly walk away, "Don´t worry, you will see her again soon" say Indramon as he takes Rika and leave Renamon behind. Some time later Renamon wakes up finally and when she remembered what happened she put in fighting stance not realizing that they weren´t here no longer. When she calmed down a little she discover that Rika was gone missing. She then panicked...

The kidnapping of Rika was a big news thanks to the popularity of her mother, for months the police search for some clue that let them know where Rika is or who was her kidnappers but they didn´t have any luck. Rika´s family was shattered, Rumiko even promise a reward for some clue of her daughter whereabouts but without luck. And Renamon was the more affected for all this, she tortured herself for her weakness and her incapacity for protect her. In the end the police close the case and the news was slowly forgotten for almost everyone.

One day Renamon was returning from a search and she find a letter with her name in the front door of Rika´s house, she picked it fast and open it almost tearing the paper inside.
"Dear Renamon,
I suppose that you may know that your tamer, Rika, was alive and well. She was passing some time in my hideout helping me with something and she has express her wish to see you again. If you want to see her again too come to this direction ALONE.
