For a brief while Simba considered going how to try to warn his father and the rest of the pride, but quickly discounted this, it would take to long and the hyenas would be able to do what they wished with Nala. No, the only answer was to try to help her alone.

It took, Simba a few moments to conquer his fear, but he did it, and then went back to watch, only to find the hyenas disappearing with Nala, so he began to chase after them.

Simba kept up the pursuit for quite some time, until the hyenas disappeared in the dark area his father had warned him to stay away from. He was worried for Nala, and wanted to carry on after the hyenas, but then he though that now he knew where the Hyenas were, he could go and warn the pride about them.
