One morning, there was a commotion at the other end of the enclosure, the end rarely used, which struck Nala's curiosity, so she decided to have a look. This took a while, due to her comparatively massive weight, and so, by the time she had reached the site of the commotion, the human, presumably Henry, was long gone, and the cheetah cub he'd dumped in was almost recovered from the tranquillisers.
Although still a little wobbly, the cheetah cub approached Nala, and with the air of one conducting an experiment, pushed a paw into her fat, and gasped at how far in it sank. After this was done a second time, she croak, "hey, stop it."
Surprised, the cheetah cub came round to Nala's head, and asked, "you're alive?"
"Yep," Nala replied, "aren't you?"
"I sure am," the cheetah replied, "but I mean, you're so, fat."
"Uh-huh," Nala said, "good food here."
"As may be," the cheetah said, "and a little weight doesn't hurt I'm sure, but all of this?"
"I like it," Nala said, "maybe you would too if you tried it."
"Highly unlikely," the cheetah said, "by the way, what's your name?"
"Nala," she replied, "yours?"
"Epesi," the cheetah replied. He though for a moment, then said, "so what's to do round here?"
"Eat," Nala replied, "sit around, get fat."
"No thanks," Epesi said, "I think I'd rather run myself ragged than get to be a fatty like you."
"Hey, don't knock it till you've tried it," Nala said.
"I don't want to try it," Epesi said, then got a calculating grin on his face, and disappeared from Nala's view. A few moments later, he pushed his paw into her side, "like that?"
"No," Nala replied, but this, for some reason, only made Epesi do it all the more, "stop it."
"Make me," Epesi said, removing both his paws for a moment, before jumping up onto Nala's back.
"You'll pay for it one of these days," Nala said, "just you wait."
"Oh I will," Epesi said, "I'll be waiting, and I'll probably be doing it a long time."
