"Would you like a bit of food now though," Sarafina asked. She doubted Nala would, but she thought she'd ask anyway.

"No thanks," Nala replied, "I just want to go and have a lie down."

"Well, you do that," Sarafina said. Nala nodded and smiled at her mother, before making her way up to the main cave to sleep off her recent meal. Sleep came quickly as well, for the meal had been large, and digesting it would take some effort.

When Nala awoke later, the sky was somwhat darker.
