This choice: Scar keeps her too stuffed to move | Go Back Chapter 20: Too Stuffed to Move (ID #1021406) an addition by: TheCoop ![View thecoop's Portfolio. The young lioness' existence now consisted solely of eating and sleeping. Whenever she would wake up and make a move to leave, Scar would ply her with more food, and she would lose herself in the delights of gluttony once again. For all Nala could tell, her life since sneaking out to meet Scar that fateful night had been one long feast. As she continued down her near-drugged path into immobility, what little will she had eroded, until Scar didn't even have to bother with the pretense of giving her food for the journey home. If he put meat where the cub could get at it, she would devour it, no prompting necessary.
Since she never slept long enough to fully digest the huge feasts she was scarfing down her every waking moment, Nala's stomach never lost its distended appearance, and if anything only grew more massive as the lioness blossomed into a nearly mindless glutton. Her legs never touched the ground any longer, and were in fact pushed out almost horizontally by her ballooning gut. Because of this, the muscles in her legs began to atrophy, so that even if by some miracle she stopped eating long enough to fully digest and the resulting weight gain didn't leave her permanently immobile, she would have trouble moving her ever-increasing bulk with her ever-weakening legs.
