Simba watched Nala fill her stomach on the hippo, then lie down to sleep. He wasn't sure she was healthy, but she seemed to be enjoying it, so he wasn't going to try to spoil it for her, though he would go to talk to Rafiki about it.
In her dreams, Nala was still young and fit, chasing gazelles, zebras, and everything else across the plains. The dreams faded suddenly though, as she felt some push at her shoulder. "Mm," she said, emerging from her dream, "wha'."
