Kiara continued her lazy lifestyle, sleeping for the most part of her day, only waking up to eat. She got bigger and bigger, and was soon finding it difficult even to get up.

"Kiara, would you like to have a little walk with me today?"
"I don't know, mom...when are we having lunch?"
"I promise you we'll be back in time for lunch."
"Well, okay then."
Kiara slowly got up to her feet and slowly started walking. She couldn't keep up with Nala and had to ask for breaks very often. During one break Nala decided to have a word with Kiara.
"You know, Kiara, I think you've gained some weight lately".
"Umm...uhh...I...don't really know...", Kiara lied, "but maybe I might have gained a pound or two."
"Or maybe you're just tired, but you don't seem to walk as fast as before".
"Ok...I'll start exercising more tomorrow."

They climbed on a hill, and saw that the other side was too steep to go down.
"Oh, we'll have to go back and go round the hill", Nala said.
"Ok. I'll just take a peek of what's down there...." with that Kiara tripped on a branch and started rolling down the hill.
"Kiara! Oh dear, I hope she doesn't get hurt..." Nala ran to Kiara and found her holding her left front leg with tears in her eyes.
"Mum, I think I've twisted my leg...I can't walk with it."
"Oh...I'll carry you home, let's have a look at it there."

Luckily they were close to pride rock, since Nala barely could carry the heavy princess back. Rafiki came and told them not to worry, it wasn't anything serious, but that Kiara needed to rest her leg for about a week to make sure it got better and avoid any further injury.
