Sarafina dragged an entire hippo from behind the corner.
"Wow grandma, you're the best!"
"Anything for you, little princess. Go on, have as much as you want to!"

Kiara was extremely hungry, and so she ended up eating half of the hippo. This left her laying on the ground, patting her overstuffed belly.
"Enjoy your meal, Kiara?"
"Yes! Thank you so much, grandma! Do you mind if I take a little nap?"
"Not at all. Listen, I'm going out with friends tonight for a walk, so it's best for you to stay here. If you're feeling hungry, you can eat the rest of the hippo. I'll be back before it's dark."

Sarafina left and Kiara took a nap. She woke up later, to find her belly still full, but she wanted to eat more of the fatty hippo. She couldn't get up, so she dragged herself a couple of metres and started eating. She ate and ate until she felt such a sharp pain in her belly that she couldn't go on. Her belly was bigger than it had ever been, it protruded in every direction, the skin stretched tight. Kiara fell asleep and woke up in the morning.
