Shenzi decided to walk out into the night. She decided she needed the exercise to keep what muscle mass she did have under all that fat. She waddled slower than usual; her belly almost touched the ground. She looked up at the sky...it was clear, all the stars and the moon shining brightly. Her stomach gurgled softly as it digested her meal. She continued walking when she heard another noise, and she stopped in her tracks. "Hello...?" she called. No answer.

After a while, Shenzi heard another noise. "Is anyone there...?" After a moment, there was a crashing noise and a yelp. Shenzi waddled as fast as she could to it, to see who it was...

Shenzi stopped. It was not a hyena, but a leopard. I young, scrawny, terrified leopard, bleeding from the leg after the fall.
