The ninja of Konoha were in trouble. The very second Naruto's colossal body had appeared in the distance and eventually arrived in the midst of the village, everyone knew dark days were ahead. Naruto had proven through the years to be a trustworthy and powerful ally for the Village Hidden in the Leaves, but the villagers also knew him as a trouble maker, a trickster, and a bit clumsy to boot! He had demonstrated these qualities by nearly leveling an entire section of the village without even meaning to...and then damaging a whole city block worth of houses and businesses on purpose! Looking at his massive body, with muscles bulging out of every inch of his body, it was clear that Naruto had somehow managed to make himself exponentially more powerful than ever before! It was clear that the gigantic fox ninja had a very good reason to call himself a god and claim his rightful place as ruler of the village...but that didn't mean anyone had to like it! Those closest to Naruto, his friends and comrades, and teachers both new and old, all agreed that Naruto would be a worthy ruler, if not a bit over zealous. However, they made up only a small portion of the village. Countless others respected Naruto and knew him to be a good person, but didn't feel safe in his rule. It was these ninja that were banding together to DO something about this hostile take over!

However, all of their efforts soon proved entirely fruitless. They started small, attempting to stab him with kunai to see if it would have any effect. They might as well have been trying to stab steel with all the good it did! The sharp blades merely ricocheted harmlessly off of Naruto's incredibly tough skin. Next, they tried bombs. They attached an entire row of them all over Naruto's chest before detonating them all at once! When the smoke cleared, Naruto merely scratched at the thick slabs of muscle in his sleep, not so much as a blemish visible on his godly body. Losing heart, they tried to feed him poison. Not enough to kill him, but weaken him to the point of incapacitation. Naruto gulped down gallons of the stuff, which only resulted in him belching up a cloud of noxious gas. This cleared the area of ninja and made it quite clear that they were not going to be able to harm Naruto. Fire, wind, water, none of the elements had any more success in touching him. It would no doubt take an equally massive ninja, on Naruto's level or above it to even be able to wound him. The village was just going to have to deal with their new ruler.

Naruto, after napping for a few hours, stretched and sat up, his back crackling slightly. "Man...I'm going to need to find a softer place to sleep!"

He pulled himself up to his feet, stretching his limbs until he felt fully awake. With a cheeky grin, he made his way back to the village. He stepped back in front of the Hokage Mansion and called out in his booming voice. "Alright you runts! The reign of Naruto Uzumaki the Great begins today!"

A few people groaned and rolled their eyes at this statement, but none who were in view of the teen himself. They probably wouldn't have lived to see the first second of Naruto's reign had he noticed them. Naruto cracked his knuckles, the sound like thunder, echoing around the village. "So! To kick off my new reign, I'm going to get rid of everything that reminds people of the previous eras!"

A few whispers broke out. Just what was he getting at? In answer, Naruto lifted up his enormous right foot, and brought it crashing down on the mansion, shattering it into thousands of pieces, the once proud structure now nothing more than a pile of rubble and splintered wood. "Aw yeah! First one done, one more to go!"

Naruto gleefully stepped on the remains of the mansion, grinding it into the dirt, before standing in front of the Hokage Mountain. He bounced his pecs and quickly put his hands together. "Sorry dad..." He muttered to one face in particular. "But you had your time! It's all about me now!"

Without further ado, he pulled back his fist and slammed it as hard as he could into the center of the mountain. A terrible cracking sound filled the air as lines radiated out from Naruto's fist, covering the entire mountain. Naruto smirked and gently flicked the Second Hokage's representation, the entire mountain crumbling into dust and rubble. Naruto turned to face the village once more, his hands at his hips, his whole torso heaving with excitement. "You all got that?! There's no such thing as a Hokage anymore! Now there's only Naruto Uzumaki, the God of Konoha!"

The villagers all broke out in a nervous applause, shaken to the core at the demonstration of Naruto's strength. He hadn't even broken a sweat! In fact...he had done such terrifying acts of destruction without even applying any effort! Truly Naruto was a formidable force to be reckoned with! Things were definitely about to change in the Ninja World.
