Little did Naruto know, complacent as he was in his new place as ruler of the greatest (and most impoverished, ironically) nation in the world, the leaders of the other Great Nations had discreetly developed a pill that, in the best case scenario, would be able to give a single ninja the same power as Naruto, boosting them up to a height and weight sufficient to topple both Naruto and his enormous ego. They were lucky that most of the ninja in Konoha, including those who had supported Naruto in the beginning, were willing to turn against their god like "protector" and jumped at the chance to take him down. Several candidates were screened for their abilities and their relationship to Naruto. They didn't want anyone to have a change of heart when confronted with the idea of having to hurt Naruto in the process of capturing him so they immediately disqualified all those he was in contact with on a daily basis. However, they wanted to ensure that the candidate also was close enough to Naruto that he would trust them and that they would know his fighting style if it came down to a brawl. One by one, they had narrowed down possible candidates until they were left with one. They had sent a messenger ninja to deliver the pill and it arrived within a day.

Choji gripped the pill tightly in his hand as he ran to where Naruto was currently lounging, stuffing his face with enough food to feed several hundred people, a nervous tremor in his step, but a determined look on his face. His family had been suffering greatly from Naruto's food consumption. The Akimichi's all consumed great quantities of food in order to be able to use their Expansion Jutsu. With Naruto demanding such large portions for himself, many of the lesser members of the clan had gone without food, greatly weakening their family as a whole. The very idea that not only was his family going hungry, but many others in the village as well spurred him on to take down Naruto once and for all! He had been chosen not just for his relationship to Naruto but also thanks to his techniques. His body was already used to growing many times its size, not to mention fighting while giant. These were valuable assets for the coming mission.

When he was a few yards away from Naruto, his enormous foot blocking an entire street in front of him, Choji popped the pill in his mouth and crunched down on it, swallowing it after chewing it a few times. Almost immediately he felt an incredible amount of chakra get released into his body, filling him with untold amounts of power. His body quickly began to grow, not only taller, but more muscular, his biceps bulging and tearing apart his sleeves, not even his super stretchy Akimichi brand clothing standing a chance against his rapidly increasing body. Choji let out a primal growl as he shot up two feet, then five, then ten, then twenty, his clothes practically exploding off his body, leaving him as naked as Naruto. His hips began to crash into the buildings on either side of him, his chest swelling out in front of him, his belly still has thick and bulbous as ever, though it only made him look more powerful when combined with his rippling back, ripped chest and arms, and massively built legs. Choji grinned as he looked down at himself, smacking his enormous belly with glee. He was starting to enjoy this new size!

Unfortunately for the Great Nations that had developed the pill, Choji's body had broken down the chemicals in the pill that stimulated this enormous growth and was now swiftly developing more of them, effectively ensuring that Choji would not only grow to a massive size (and continue growing at a constant, if slow, rate) but never return back down to his normal height. The plan had already backfired spectacularly, but no one would know until after Choji defeated Naruto...if he could!

Regardless, the now gigantic Akimichi teen grinned as he looked down at Naruto's sleeping form. He had apparently passed out after gorging himself. This was an advantage Choji couldn't pass up! He quickly began making his way over to Naruto, the villagers watching with bated breath to see how this would all turn out.
