Unohana smiled when she noticed a pair of swollen balls of fat that was now her chest. Her breasts were each a giant orb of fat which was simply bursting through her clothes. Luckily her her bra, though straining to hold and her breast overtaking it, was able to restrain them. Her face had also expanded, giving the impression that she was holding her breath. A double chin had formed as well, with a thrid chin partailly formed. Her hands and feet even became fatter. Her fingers were small sausages while her feet became pudgy and threated to tear her socks and sandels wide open. Her once loose pants had become tight and form-fitting on her new thunder thighs. Unohana's arms a puffed up to become giant marshmallows. Her belly had lost much of its sheer mass from the eating but had gaind lots of fat. There were also large love handles spilling over her her waist. Her stomach had overtaken her lap and when past her knees.

Unohana burped. She was big now. She must've been around 500 lbs. The once small healer heaved herself upward from her chiar. It was a little more difficult because of her new size but she wasn't a captain for nothing. In a steady waddle, Unohana made for the door, heading back to the 4th division.
