Naruto, with a burst of speed not thought possible in his condition, ran to the door. He got about 2 yards when he felt Anko trip him. He smacked into the ground and felt Anko pin his neck to the ground with her foot. He couldn't move. As he tried desperatly to move the foot, he gazed up at the sadistic woman, who seemed to him a giantess.

She tutted. "Sorry Naruto, but you just can't find a pair of sandals as durable as you anywhere! I think you'll get used to it."
Her foot on his neck prevented him from screaming in horror as Anko flashed through hand signs, which transformed him, once again, into a pair of sandals.
Anko picked up her reliable foot wear and grinned. "I like you better like this. See you tomorrow!" She tossed him on the ground and went off too bed.

It would be impossible to describe Naruto's thoughts at this point.

Anko was ready for a new day. She got ready and exitably went to her sandals. "Ready for a big day, Naruto?" She shoved her feet into him and stood up.

Naruto felt the familiar pressure, but along with it, the awful smell he had suffered last night when he had been returned human....feet."

Anko looked down at her sandals and grinned. "I bet you're noticing about now, huh? I didn't like that you couldn't smell my feet, so I made sure with my jutsu you can! It will make me feel so much better when I'm working hard to know it's making you suffer even more!"

With that Anko jumped out the window of her home, and jumped up on a tree, traveling from tree branch to tree branch, making sure to put extra pressure on each foot. She observed her jumping and yelled down at him "You know, this is really for the best! I know you weren't a great ninja. But you see, I am! So by making my life easier, you're helping Kohona! You never really could have been Hokage, that would have been a disaster, but this way, you can really help your village!"

Believe it or not, Anko recieved solace from this line of thought, and it dispersed any thoughts of turning him back.
