Tsunade wipes the tears of laughter from her eyes and starts at Naruto.

"Sorry, Baka, it's just a laugh between friends. For this to work we're going to all stop treating you as if you were an equal. After a while, you serving us like we were superior to you is going to seem normal. Trust me, eventually you're going to start believing that you are inferior."

Tsunade smiled lovingly at him "You'll get used to it."

She then formed handsigns quicker than he could see and plunged her fingers into his neck. Quickly a seal which resembled a dog collar formed around Naruto's neck and then disappeared.

"There we are. Naruto, that dog collar has three functions. One, it has already permanently sealed the nine tailed fox from you. It would have been given to you before, but it also takes away your extra stamina, which was all you had going for you. Second, Sakura can use it to permanently seal ALL your chakra from you, if you really defy her. Third, I added a function that lets her inflict pain on you, so that Sakura has another option besides taking your chakra if you disobey."

Sakura spoke up "Madame, should we try him out?"
