"Wait here." Sakura said. She walked into her bedroom and Naruto stared after her nervously. He was really not looking forward to meeting "sadistic bitch" Sakura, he much preferred "loving Mistress" Sakura...

Sakura returns with a wadded up pair of socks and one of her sandals. Her smug eyes locked onto Naruto's as she approached him.

"Do you know what these are slave?"

"A pair of socks and a sandal?"

Sakura rolled her eyes. "Duh Naruto. But there's more to them than that. You see, these socks here," Sakura wadded up ball in his face. Naruto could smell a terrible odor coming from the socks just from having them waved in his face.

"These are what I wore when I worked a 24 hour shift at the hospital last week. I haven't gotten around to washing them yet and they are quite disgusting." Naruto gulped nervously. He didn't know what Sakura planned on doing with those disgusting things, but considering he was now dealing with sadistic bitch Sakura he had a feeling he wasn't going to like it.

"And this is my sandal that I wear to train. I never wear socks with my training sandals so they are quite disgusting as well."

"I see..." Naruto stammered out nervously. Sakura smiled down at him.

"Open your mouth boy." Naruto hesitantly obeyed, and instantly regretted his decision to obey when Sakura jammed the disgusting socks in his mouth. He gagged on the taste.

"Nah ah ah, don't you dare puke slave. That will only make your punishment much much worse."

Tears were pooling in Naruto's eyes as he tried to get his body's reflex under control.

Next Sakura put her sandal directly over Naruto's mouth and nose so that the sandal's opening was directly over Naruto's nose. She secured it to Naruto's face with some tape. Naruto let out a groan of protest as the foul smelling air of Sakura's sandal combined with the awful taste of her old socks causing Sakura to laugh.

"You might want to get used to that smell and taste slave, your punishment is going to last a while." Sakura chuckled to Naruto's dismay. "Now lay down face up."

Still barely keeping himself from gagging, Naruto obeyed his mistress and laid down on the ground.

"Ok Slave, now it's time for you to learn what happens when you question your mistress." Sakura said smugly as she stood over him with a victorious smirk on her face.
