Naruto couldn't take much more of the stinky feet of Sakura. But out of nowhere, he was able to get a bit of strength left in order to fight back.

"What...?" Sakura said shockingly, as she saw Naruto's hand grabbing her ankle, desperately trying to get away from the pungent torture.

"Must... get... away... gwaaahhh!"

Naruto gave a lot of strength to attempt the escape to happen. But Sakura was quick to respond in kind, increasing more pressure to the face of Naruto.
