Sakura maintained her position on Naruto, making him smell every bit of stink coming off of her feet.

"Sa...ku..." Naruto tried to say as he was losing consciousness.

She doesn't pay heed to Naruto's plea as he was losing all his will to survive her foot odor. Eventually, he gets knocked out from too much of the bad air already polluting his system.

"Awww... Passed out already? Let's see now..."
