Shizune was just about to stop the Tsunade from getting another glass of sake when Ino approached her asking her if she had a second.
Shizune frowned. “You are gonna have to make it quick Ino, my master has been eyeing that sake bottle for a while and if she drinks anymore we’re going to have a serious problem on our hands.”
Ino was very tactful. She definitely didn’t want to arouse any suspicions “It’s just that I’m worried about someone at the party.” She said
“Really…Who?” Shizune asked.
“Well you actually,” Ino told her.
“Me?!!!” Shizune said surprised. “Why?”
“Well you’re always running about stressing about your teacher that you don’t take time to relax yourself.” Ino said. “This is a party and you should be having fun but instead you’re still running around worried all the time.”
“But my master…” Shizune protested.
“Is fine…see Sakura and Hinata are already easing her away from the bottle.” Ino said pointing to the two kunoichis as they were moving in on the Hokage. “Now no more excuses…I want you to take a seat and relax.”
Shizune reluctantly agreed. She followed Ino to the chairs on the side and took a seat.
“Is this good?” Shizune asked.
“It’s better.” Ino said “But you still seem very tense…why don’t you take off your shoes and relax a bit. In fact don’t move, just sit back and relax while I take them off for you.”
Shizune shrugged figuring the faster she appeased Ino’s misguided attempt to get her to relax, the sooner she could get back to helping out her master. She leaned back and stretched out her feet. Ino bent down and helped Tsunade’s overworked apprentice remove her shoes. Instantly the strong vinegar smell of Shizune’s feet filled the air.
“Wow!!! Looks like you’ve been wearing your sandals a long time, your feet are rather ripe.” Ino laughed winking at her insoles.
Shizune blushed “Sorry about that I’ve been running errands for Tsunade all day.” She said greatly embarrassed.
“It’s fine” Ino said. “But I’ll tell you one thing. I glad I’m not your insoles.”
Ino flashed Naruto a mischievous smile.
Shizune thought the comment a little odd but she let it slide.
“It might be easier to relax if you close your eyes” Ino told her.
Shizune followed her suggestion shutting her eyes. Quickly Ino slipped her custom into Shizune’s sandals grinning evilly at him. Having successfully slipped him in, all Ino had to do now was wait
After 5 minutes, Shizune opened her eyes.
“I’m sorry Ino, I know you’re just trying to help me but I just can’t relax when I’m worried about Tsunade.”
Ino smiled. “Oh well I guess I couldn’t convert you. I’ll let you get back to work.”
Shizune slipped her sandals back on pressing her soft and sweaty feet into Naruto. Her new insoles instantly became sick from her foot odor. Quickly wanting to check on her master, Shizune gave Ino a polite nod before leaving.

Watching Shizune rush back to work, Ino smiled. Having been given a taste of what Shizune’s feet smell like, Ino knew Naruto was in for some real torture.
