Katara shoved her right foot on Naruto's mouth deep to the throat. She used her left foot's toe to pinch Naruto's nose so he couldn't breathe. Naruto can't breathe air. Both his mouth and nose are sealed up. Katara said, "I'll have to make you pass out first!!" Naruto tries to remove Katara's feet off his mouth and nose, but his arms won't budge from Katara's bloodbending hold. Katara just laughs with no concern while Naruto desperately tries to break free.
