“Let’s try to kill two birds with one stone,” Mai said. “I want you to massage my feet with your tongue!! Be extra careful that you get them nice and clean!!”
Naruto nodded and began licking Mai’s right foot up and down causing the young girl to giggle. Naruto couldn’t say that he liked the taste of Mai’s feet (Who would?), but for some reason the small smile that emerged on her lips as he licked, made him feel glad.
He guessed it was because he sympathized with Mai. That emotionless expression the weapon girl had given him had brought up the memories of his own lonely childhood. He shuddered as he remembered the cold and empty feeling inside of him and he was determined to stop Mai from feeling that. It didn’t matter that she spent an hour cruelly torturing him or had a dagger to his throat a couple seconds ago; Naruto couldn’t abandon someone who had that type of pain in her heart. Since Mai wasn’t ready to share her feelings with him yet, Naruto decided he would remain by her side just so she wouldn’t have to be alone. If licking her feet made Mai feel even the slightest bit happier, than Naruto was more than happy to endure the salty taste. He continued to lick her foot making sure to lick away whatever dirt he found.
Mai smiled as Naruto worked away at her foot. The feel of his tongue against her sole was both mentally and physically soothing for her and she was grateful to him for doing it.
Naruto continued to lick for another 20 minutes. After he had finished licking every area of the top and sole of Mai’s foot, Naruto began to lick her toes. Mai moaned as she felt Naruto’s tongue gently graze her toes. It really felt amazing for her. As Naruto licked between Mai’s toes, the weapon’s girl felt warm tingles of enjoyment run down her spine. After Naruto had finished licking every area of Mai’s right foot, Mai pressed her left foot against his face. Smiling, Naruto began to run his tongue up and down Mai’s other foot licking her left foot clean. After another half an hour of licking, Naruto had thoroughly licked every area of the weapon girl’s feet.
Mai inspected her feet to discover that Naruto had licked them spotless. She nodded approvingly. “You’re pretty good at this!!” She joked. “Maybe I can convince Azula to let me keep you as a personal foot licker.”
Naruto smiled. He felt glad that Mai was starting to warm up to him.
“No matter what the job is, I always do my best!” he said.
Mai laughed. The licking had made her feel a lot better. Apparently, Naruto had made more than her feet feel good. Just having someone to stay with her and keep her company eased some of the pain and anger she was feeling.
She looked at her “captive” trying to decide what to do next with him. She wanted to take him up on his offer to listen and talk with her but she didn’t trust herself not to break down and cry while she poured her soul out to him. Maybe it was better to just to continue to play with him for now. Mai affectionately rubbed her feet against Naruto’s head as she considered what to do.
