Eventhough Naruto looked incredibly cute as he snuggled up against Ty Lee's feet for warmth and affection, Ty Lee knew that she couldn't leave him like that. The problem was that Ty Lee had no idea who to ask for help regarding this situation. This type of transformation was so beyond the bending abilities that Ty Lee was used to seeing and she didn't know of any places that dealed with that type of magic.

Naruto in that state of mind was unable to offer her any advice. Ty Lee had tried questioning him as she stroked his ears but all he could do was purr and whimper. Also Ty Lee suspected he was getting steadily worse. Before he seemed to be able to follow anything she was saying but now it seemed that he only understood short sentences. She had to do something and quick.

Putting Naruto on her lap and gently stroking his fur, Ty Lee began to think of people who would be able to help her or at least point her in the right direction. The first person she thought of was Azula's uncle General Iroh. He was a seasoned veteren who was very wise. Unlike his niece, the man was a very kind-hearted person who would be happy to help those in need. He might know of some place that they could go to reverse what was happening to her friend. The problem was that General Iroh had recently escaped imprisonment in a fire nation prison and his whereabouts were currently unknown. Ty Lee was hesitant to began a lengthy search for him when time could be running out for Naruto.

Another information source was the Avatar. Eventhough the current incarnation of the avatar, Aang, seemed extremely naive, he had the ability to tap into his past lives' knowledge. Somewhere in his lifetimes of experience there must be the answer to this problem. Unfortunately, like Iroh the Avatar was also in hiding from the fire nation. Not only that, Ty Lee had spent the last year working for Azula trying to capture him. Chances were the Avatar would be extra careful avoiding her.

There was a third option that was rather risky. Another good source of advice was a group of elderly twins named Lo and Li. Ty Lee had met these twins in the past and their wisdom had been really helpful and resulted in her and her friends gaining insight into their own souls. Ty Lee thought there was a good chance they could put her and Naruto on the path towards finding a cure. The downside however, was that Azula frequently used the twins as advisors. Seeking their advice might lead them into contact with the cruel princess. Ty Lee hated to risk that type of danger but she at least knew where the twins were.

Ty Lee looked at Naruto's cute face. She rubbed his head. "Don't worry Naruto, I'll definitely help you!" She said.

She had to come to a decision about which information source to seek out soon otherwise it might be too late for her friend turned fox.
