"Ok...that narrows it down, which one?"

Naruto told them who each of his enemies were. When he finished listing the names of who wanted to kill him, he scratched the back of his neck sheepishly

"I'm good at getting into trouble." he said

"Ok, I just met this guy and I've gotta say...he already fits rigth in with us." Sokka said

Suddenly one on Naruto's fox ears twitched.

"Hit the dirt!"

a sea of kuni flew over them, if Naruto hadn't warned them, everyone would have been killed.

Pein and Konan walked in to were the group was, seeing two of the Akatsuki's members, he still was new to dealing with them, but he loathed them, it was impoassable to forget Itachi's 'handy-work' that led up to him fighting Sasuke at the valley of the end.

“My ambition is so close now that you’re in my sights” Pein said.

“You lunatic…your ambition…to kill innocent people…to take over the world and kill anyone that get in your way!!!” Naruto snarled

“Stupid fool. I wanted peace. With all those villages it was never going to happen. Akatsuki’s goal was split into three stages. The first step was to collect money. After that, the second stage is to use that money as a capital. To create the Shinobi world’s very first contracted organization of war.”

“How the hell…is that any different from the rest of the villages?”

“We’ll be completely different from villages in service of countries, actually. Here I’ll explain it for you. For countries with powerful Shinobi villages, “Shinobi business” represents a large percentage of that country’s income. The Shinobi villages participate in internal and external conflicts, thus earning massive amounts of money and effectively supporting the country’s economy. In other words, for the country to obtain a stable income a certain amount of war becomes necessary…But in this day and age, while there do exist any number of small conflicts, the great wars of the past are no longer to be seen. Countries have scaled back the villages and many Shinobi have lost their place of being. Shinobi exist for battle, yet this peace is the “reward” they receive for putting their lives on the line for their countries. The “five great Shinobi countries” still aren’t that bad…both the countries and their villages are large, with much trust still placed in them contracts still pour in from other countries, and their existence is secure…still the same cant be said for smaller countries. Maintaining a Shinobi village, even in times of peace, requires massive finding equal to approaching that in time of war. But if you try to scale back the village you become unable to respond to unexpected conflicts. And that’s where our organization, Akatsuki, comes in! Paying no allegiance to any country, we will provide our clients with exactly the amount of Shinobi needed exactly when they need them. Amassing an appropriate amount of power, we will create a contracted organization that fulfills the warring needs of small countries and villages everywhere! At first we would’ve taken on all wars for trifling amounts of money, thus dominating the market of war, an, furthermore, in relation to the size of that market we will use the Bijuu to cause more conflict. Eventually we would’ve control all war, establishing a monopoly! And with that the system of Shinobi villages in larger countries will collapse people will be forced to rely on Akatsuki and thus we will arrive at the realization of our true ambition.”

At this he put his hand in front of him. “The third stage of our objectives. World domination.”

Naruto glared at him. How could they acquire peace like this. “World domination… so you just wanted to take over everything.”

“Yes. But once we would’ve ruled we can then start rebuilding, start everything from scratch and thus everything would be peaceful.”

“What about us Jinchuuriki. We were nothing but slaves.”

“You are wrong. We didn’t just capture you to help us in the war, but the fact that demons like yourself will never make the nations go at peace as people will fear that the demon would be released and as such destroy the land. People will always fear your kind.”

"THAT'S A LIE!" Ty Lee shouted "People fear what the don't understand, if a person is good, how dose them useing whatever they have in order to protect what's important and show the world that everything's not just good and bad so that everyone can understand one another be something to be afraid of?! You say you want peace, yet you enlist people who kill the innocent for you plans? How are you a good person if your goals make the innocet suffer? Your no saviour, just another deluted madman!"

Pein glared at her, this girl dared to call him a madman?!

"You will never understand."

"That's were your wrong." Zuko said "It was that same idea that became the cause of a 100-year old war here."

Pein's eyes flashed.

"Die then."
