You pause when you see one of the names of the chat rooms has been marked out so you can't see the title of it. When you try to enter the room, a big "access denied" sign is flashing. There's also a message that tells you that the crossed-out chatroom has been blocked by Nakii. You shrug your shoulders and continue to read the list of chatrooms.
