As you approach the Hobbit encampment the smell of something delicious gets even stronger, though you have been trained to withstand hunger, the smell is so tempting that you have to restrain yourself from rushing forward to it's source. The Prince is absolutely giddy with hunger as he walks beside you.
You come upon a large ring of miniature tents and wagons all circled around a bonfire in the centre, you can see an old hobbit is sitting on a boulder, playing a lute, and crooning a song in an ancient language. As his voice reaches you, you feel a calm passiveness wash over you, and you think of only food and comfort. You can see the Prince has felt it too, for he has stopped his, what seemed, relentless figiting which had plagued him (and your nerves) up till this point.
You slowly let your gaurd down and move into the light of the fire. Your presence is immediately noticed. A large hobbitess approaches you. "Who are you?"
This question brings harsh reality crashing back down upon you.
