Ok, good news and bad news. Good news is we managed to find an abandoned hotel on our way to Andrews Villa. Lotus Hotel. It's a really fancy place (or at least it WAS!) Suprisingly enough, the electricity and even the air-condition & heating systems are fully functional! Plenty of free space, nice and warm, a place to cook up our homegrown veggies, everything inside works and me & Ashley have it all to ourselves! (No offense to Hope!) I'm not even so sure I wanna keep moving at this rate!
Now for the bad news... well, I think I might be going crazy, but I really REALLY believe something's a little off about Ashley. Normally whenever she acts a little weird, I just shrug and move on, but now I'm just confused now that I think about it.
First of all, I dont think I ever recall seeing her eat. Every time I offer her something to eat, she'd turn it down and say she's not hungry. Heck, even while I fed her when she was sick, she'd say she'll eat it later. We dont have very much to eat, yet she looks so much healthier than I do. Come to think of it... I dont think I ever seen her eat a single peach. She says it's her favorite fruit, but why doesnt she eat 'em?
Sometime in the even (according to the clocks that still havent stopped, it was around 8:30pm) while we were watching an old DVD of the Lion King in the luxury suite, I asked her if she was feeling alright. Long story short, she got a little hesitant with me and threw a little fit. That's when I thought that maybe the reason was she going through her menstral period I remember reading in one of my old books. But when I asked her if it was her time of the month... she slapped me.
Hard! It's kinda hard writing with one hand while rubbing my cheek with the other! I guess it was a little rude of me to pry. Maybe I should just give her some space. It's probably all in my head, anyway.
....
Sorry for this sudden entry, but just a few hours after last writing, I saw something bizarre happen to Ashley. While she was chopping up some peaches for breakfast tomorrow, I noticed she accidently cut her finger with the knife.
SHE DIDNT BLEED!
I swear. That knife was very sharp. I almost cut MYSELF just barely touching the sharp edge. I did not see any blood come out when she nicked her finger with it!
Now I really am curious about her. Is there something about her that she's not telling me? Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
