“You’re going to be my floor mat.” Helena tells you.
“Huh?” You say surprised.
Helena smiles. “A lot of my exercises are aerobics based. So I need something to step on while I practice them. I think you'll do nicely.”

You picture yourself serving as a footmat for your teacher while she steps all over you during her exercise routine. While Helena’s feet look soft and smooth, you have no doubt that if she trampled all over you with her full weight (which you estimate to be 130 pounds), it definitely would not be pleasant experience.

Helena sees your expression and laughs. “What’s the matter?” She mocks. “I thought you wanted to have my feet pressed up against you.”

“I do but not like that,” You tell her. “That sounds painful.”

Helena shrugs casually. “Well it probably won’t be too comfortable but I’ll try not to get too carried away.” Her smile turns mischievous. “You don’t really have to worry. I’ll only be stomping on your body for about an hour.” She teases.

Hearing your teacher chuckle as she says that does not make you feel any more relaxed about this particular task. Even if Helena really was careful about seriously hurting you (which from the sadistic look of enjoyment on your teacher’s eyes you have your doubts about), an hour of getting pounded by her soft soles as she treats you like a carpet is bound to at least leave you sore.

As you are thinking it over, your teacher orders you to lie down. What do you decide to do?
