She grabs one long, thick tube sock and puts it behind your head while she grabs the ends of the sock. She puts her feet on your face and says "Looks like you're gonna help me with some leg stretch exercises haha!" She pulls your head and pushes her feet against it.

She does this for about 30 minutes before taking a break. "Mind giving me a foot rub, slave?" at this point, your face is covered in sweat that isn't yours and smells like Helena's feet. She sits on her couch and places her feet on the coffee table as you kneel before her to get to work. You grab her left foot and start from the arches and work your way between the toes before places a gentle but passionate kiss on her heel. She blushes and says "I think my right foot is getting jealous, foot lover..." She says giggling and flexing her toes.

You do the same with her other foot and place a kiss on the top of her toes. "Screw the exercises, let's watch some tv!" She suggests.
