About This Interactive
The owner of this Interactive Story begins with this information and guidance:
Here's the setup:

You're a successful businesswoman in the city. You're independent and make good money, but live on your own and aren't dating anyone at the moment. Your parents live a few hours north of the city, and other than the occasional after work get together, you pretty much keep to yourself.

One night, you're looking forward to a glass of wine and a nice bubble bath to help you relax, when you realize you're out of wine. There's a liquor store one block over and you quickly run down to grab a bottle. You select a decent bottle and move to the register to pay for it when a man bursts in with a gun and holds up the clerk. After getting the money from the register, he knocks out the clerk with the butt of his gun and turns to leave.

The he notices you and your expensive jewelry. He makes a move toward you, but sirens in the distance give him pause.

Before leaving, he glares at you.

"If you tell anyone about this, I'll fuckin' kill you."

And with that, he disappeared.

A week later, you receive a call from a detective. The liquor store clerk filed charges, and they wanted you to come down and look at a lineup.

Reluctantly, you give in and agree to meet him downtown.
