Your name is Dan, seventeen and have no future whatsoever. You live a rather boring life, just going through high school. You'd rather sleep at home but instead you're camping with your family in the mountains. You picked up your share of poison oak and murderous hiking that you'd had enough of this torture.

Since it's the last night of this camping hell, you decide to revel in this and do your own hiking. You've been around the area so many times you know where every little leaf is. You wander down the marked trail to an small lake and wash your face. Night starts to descend so you decide to head back. While on the trail, you begin to lose your way.

"Figures, I'll be dead by the morning being lost out here."


You wander around a bit and see the campsite ahead of you atop a big hill. You can see the dim light with your binoculars so you make haste. As you run towards home, you slip on some wet leaves and fall over a steep slope.

You keep rolling and rolling over brush, leaves and dirt that you knock out. Several seconds later you land on flat land. thrashed, bloody and scratched, You wake up and see yourself about 3 hills up where you should have been.


"Ah crap." You mutter.

Something catches your eye and you see something glowing admist the trees and brush. You find remains of metal and parts that look very foreign to you. You look around and find a small device attached to a motor. You touch the metal realizing its very cool. The contraption is so fragile that a small ring-like object falls out of the gear.


You pick up the ring and using the light of some of the parts and see that the ring has a unique golden insignia as well as some small dots of color on it. You twist the wheel from silver to the red dot and suddenly the ring vanishes.


"What the hell?!" You say.

Its weird, but the ring vanishes right in front of you. But something is weird because you can still feel the ring. You feel around and slide the wheel back and the ring reappears. This time the ring is on the color green but nothing happens. You play around with the ring and slide the wheel. Green to colorless to blue but nothing happens. You slide it to yellow the ring disappears again but you can still feel it, slide it again to colorless then back to red again then colorless.

Suddenly you hear a helicopter overhead.

"Strange, they wouldn't send a helicopter out for me this fast." You think.

You then hear the sounds of guns loading and brush moving as if people are heading your direction. You DEFINITELY recognize the guns so you better get the hell out of here. Instinctively you put the ring on and run like hell.

You run away until you see about 4 men in suits with guns loaded scoping the area. You hide in the bush and peer out to them.

You need to get out of here without being noticed. Just then you remember the ring. If the ring could disappear could you?

Only the Red and Yellow features worked so its down to either those two options.
