Carly was surprised that anything could hurt her. She thought about staying to fight, but she had already gotten what she had come for. She lept up, straight through the concrete ceiling, one arm extended over her head, and the other cradling the gun.

She smiled as she thought about what she had just done. She had smashed through the concrete like it was tissue paper. Soon, she would really test her strength. Right now, she was anxious to share her gift. She covered the hundreds of miles between the lab and her sister's house in minutes. She landed in the woods behind her sister's house. She wanted to see if everyone was home before she did anything.

Her sister was probably cleaning the house, her husband was probably sleeping on the couch, and her 18 year old niece Tracy was probably up in her room screwing around on MySpace. Well, they were all in for a surprise, a really big surprise.....
